Head of ROC has received the status of the Patriarch and has autocratically appropriated title of the Patriarch Moscow and All Russ. The state structures of the Russian Federation without any bases have recognized such status for the Patriarch.

Let's consider activity of Russian Orthodox Church during the period since 1991 on present time. ROC owns 788 monasteries and to 30142 arrivals. In ROC are 28,434 priests, 3,625 deacon and 259 bishops from 213 Eparchy work. The data are resulted as of May 2, 2012. In result the Patriarchy and commercial structures of church of steel one of the most active players alcoholic and cigarettes business in Russia. It is known, that the use of alcohol and smoking cause alcoholism and symptoms of narcotic dependence on tobacco. Sinful habits lead to high death rate from the cancer diseases caused by these factors. Alcoholics and addicts perish also behind a rudder, and also as a result of suicides. Annually in Russia from all complex of the problems caused by the use of alcohol and tobacco, die more than 500,000 people. For 20 years for these reasons have died more than 10 million people. How many people from them should tell thanks ROC it is not known. It turns out, that ROC receives profit on death and sins of Russian people. On this dirty, fatal money greatness and prosperity ROC is under construction, a priori called to protect people from sin and death.

Long years ROC received huge profit due to human sufferings and killings of Russian people. The sizes of these incomes are hidden for family by seals of church secret. However money have collected from the owner of an inconvenient apartment on which, under the statement of the respondent, the sister of Patriarch Lydia Leonova, the bearer of this claim applies. Usually neighbors take vacuum cleaner and clean the furniture and books, instead of millions in indemnification for defacement of property demand. On background of cynicism and hypocrisy ROC connected to causing luxury of the Patriarchy and Eparchy, there was a scandal with the punk – pray of maiden group Pussy Riot. Young ladies in pancake week, dressed in bright clothes and masks, have sung song The Virgin, banish Putin! on Ambon of the Temple of the Christ Savior. Actually they even sang nothing, but only represented song for installation of clip which has laid out on the Internet. However Patriarch Cyril has declared causing defilement of the Temple and relics of Orthodoxy. Fine hooliganism has led to that maidens are contained in police prison with three months and they threatened with 7 years of prison. From the legal point of view they deserve the penalty of 1,000 rubles (30 USD), but to them threaten with real term and actually subject to tortures for their persistence. Thus two girls are mothers of juvenile children. We deal with scandalous obscurantism ROC when Patriarch Cyril publicly demands severe punishment for the have been guilty girls. The state and the judicial case closely listen to words of the church leader though nobody has the right to put pressure upon court and police.

On December 4, 2011 elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation have taken place, and on March 4, 2012 have passed presidential elections of the Russian Federation. Elections were accompanied by unprecedented forgeries and falsifications on the part of party in power Uniform Russia. In result the authority in Russia has been usurped Putin's by Kremlin clan. Patriarch Cyril and ROC have publicly supported political party Uniform Russia, the block the All-Russian Popular Front and their leader V.V. Putin. ROC directly and obviously has broken Federal Low About religious associations, Clause 4, Chapter 5:

« According to the constitutional principle of branch of religious associations from the state religious association:
- Does not participate in elections to bodies of the government and to institutions of local government;
- Does not participate in activity of political parties and political movements, does not render him material and other help »

The state structures and Office of Public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation have ignored these facts. It means that ROC and executive authority of the Russian Federation have shown all worlds that there is a process of merging of religion with power bodies of the state when they in common participate in illegal capture of secular and spiritual authority in Russia.

Last twenty years we notice violent methods of compulsion of citizens of the Russian Federation to belief in the God, in modern model of Orthodoxy. ROC has achieved teaching of Bases of Orthodoxy in high schools. Thus ROC believes that she possesses the true doctrine and an innocent position in belief. However people get out from church as see all cynicism, lie, obscurantism, hypocrisy and double standards ROC when proper tying any sins can make authority, and simple parishioners should conduct a moderate and chaste way of life. Popular wisdom says, that love cannot be ordered. In result temples and arrivals ROC are actually empty, people there gathers at the best for Easter.

The Nova Church of Sacred Russia counts, that relapses Paganism in management of Russia and ROC, will lead to destruction of Orthodoxy and the country, to extinction of the population and capture of Russian territories by aliens and representatives of other religions. We want to remind Russian people that there is an alternative to harm and death in Russia is ancient Alive Orthodoxy of Russ.
