Abstract: The author investigates the deep ethnic and political processes occurring within Russian society. Russian statehood and the people are at a historical crossroads. The path chosen by the authorities leads to a dead end of a renewed Kyrgyz Khaganate. The alternative will allow the Russian people to achieve a European renaissance and rid themselves of barbarism and savagery.

Main Material: Recently, President of Russia V.V. Putin called the collapse of the USSR in the 1990s the greatest catastrophe of the 20th century [1]. This event led to the revival and formation of national consciousness in all the former republics of the USSR. At the same time, the Russian Federation suffered the greatest damage in public consciousness and political life. This phenomenon is due to the traditional imperial self–consciousness of the Russian people. With the introduction of democratic principles in Russia and the dominance of the will of the majority in making political decisions, as well as the formation of popularity ratings of its leaders, the authorities had to rely on the ethnic characteristics and level of education of the population. Since the early 2000s, the narratives of the Russian world and the protection of the interests of the Russian people have been established in the rhetoric of the Kremlin authorities.
It is necessary to understand what the Russian people represent ethnically and what their relation is to the Rus people and the Rus world. Official statistics recorded about 80% of the population as Russian, although people belong to different ethnic groups, that is, nationalities. All of them are officially called Slavs. According to DNA genetic studies, a person's ethnicity is determined by their haplogroup, not by the political will of the authorities or scientists. It is known that about half of the population of Russia belongs to the R1a1 haplogroup (more precisely, 47% of citizens). Consequently, the authorities recorded 33% of the indigenous population of Russia as Rus and Slavs. The "disappeared" tribes of Rus and Russia are well known – these are the Ugrians, Merya, Meshchera, Erzya, Muroma, Veps, Chud, Slovene, Pomors, Lopari, Perm, Samoyeds, Balts, and Bulgars. The Cossacks were also recorded as Rus and Slavs.
The remnants of their own culture and statehood were preserved by the tribes of Mordva, Mari, Tatars, Bashkirs, Yakuts, Komi, Khanty, Buryats, Evenks, and so on, following to the east of Russia. These are Finno–Ugric peoples, although most of the Tatars and Bashkirs belong to the European haplogroup R1b1.
In fact, 15% of the population of the Russian Federation belongs to the Finn–Ugric peoples of Eurasia, originally living from Scandinavia (Finns, Lopari) to the Japanese islands (Ainu). All of them are ethnically identified as haplogroup N1. Equating the Slavic R1a1 and Finno–Ugric N1 ethnic groups to one nationality is illegal, it is like attributing the Han Chinese ethnic group, haplogroup C, to Europeans or Slavs.
Therefore, of the mentioned 33%, the so-called Rus and Slavs, about 19% are Finno-Ugric, and the remaining 14% belong to haplogroups I1, I2, and R1b1, that is, Cossacks, residents of the North Caucasus, Kuban, and the South Volga region, mixed with small indigenous peoples of Rus.
Therefore, de jure, after the Slavs, haplogroup R1a1, the second largest ethnic group in Russia are the Finno-Ugric, haplogroup N1.
Now let's analyze who belongs to the indigenous peoples of Rus and Russia and has inalienable and inviolable rights to their language and culture, land and its wealth, as well as making political decisions in the country that emerged in Eurasia in the early 1990s after the collapse of the USSR – the Russian Federation.
First, let's consider the history of the appearance of the Finno-Ugric peoples of Ancient Rus, Bulgar, Siberia, and the Far East in the Russian Federation. It is known that all the aforementioned Finno-Ugric tribes inhabited the considered territory even before the appearance of Ancient Rus in the 9th century. Detailed information is contained in the Bulgar annals [2] and all known Russian chronicles, starting with the Tale of Bygone Years (TBY) [3]. Separate information is stored in the chronicles of Rome, Byzantium, and Arab countries [4]. The author has repeatedly covered these aspects in his articles and books [5,6]. In addition, modern DNA studies of the descendants of Rurik have proven that the Rurikids belong to the Ugrian ethnic group, haplogroup N1c1, called Rus. This is stated in the TBY [3] in the place about the invitation of the Varangians to Novgorod. The Russian people and the Russian land got their name from the Rus clan [3].
Let's dwell in more detail on the details of the origin, migration, and current state of the Slavic ethnic group, haplogroup R1a1. It should be noted in advance that 99% of domestic historiography, scientific, civil, and political literature of Russia is filled with lies and falsification of scientific, historical, and genetic facts regarding this ethnic group.
Archaeologists, historians, and geneticists have unequivocally proven that the ancestors of the Slavs, haplogroup R1a1, come from the regions of the valleys of the Sayan and Altai rivers and are called the Yenisei Kyrgyz:
1. Karasuk culture – an archaeological culture of the Bronze Age (late II – early I millennium BC) on the Karasuk River (a tributary of the Yenisei) in Khakassia, the territory of the Sayan and Altai [7].
2. Pazyryk culture – an archaeological culture of the Iron Age (4th–3rd centuries BC) in the Altai Mountains and Sayan, Ulagan Plateau, Ukok [8].
3. Tagar culture – an archaeological culture of the Bronze and Iron Ages (8th–3th centuries BC) on the Tagar Island of the Yenisei River [9].
4. Tashtyk culture – an archaeological culture of Southern Siberia of the Iron Age (2th century BC – 5th century AD), localized in the Yenisei region of Khakassia [10].
Due to the lack of writing among the Kyrgyz, we turn to Chinese sources. Around 1200 BC, a people called the Jung or Yenisei Kyrgyz appeared in this region [11]. According to the annals, the Jungs were red–haired people with European facial features, who began to be displaced by Mongolian features from the 3th–4th centuries AD [12]. Later, the Jungs/Yenisei Kyrgyz began to be called the Rouran. In the book [6], the author showed that the Yenisei Kyrgyz, also known as the Rouran, also known as the Tatars, also known as the Sayan’s ("white", self-named in honor of the Sayan Mountains), became known in Europe and Rus as the Slavs, haplogroup R1a1.
The ancestors of the Slavs, who call themselves Soyons, still live in Tuva.
In 1914, Tuva was declared a protectorate of Russia, but only in 1944 did the Republic of Tuva become part of the RSFSR and the USSR.
In the 4th century, the Rouran created their own state. According to the source 18, Beishi, ch. 98; Weishu, ch. 103, describing the period 391–556 of the history of the Rouran Khaganate, the first khagan of the Rouran was called Muguluy, his son – Guylukhoy. If you discard the Chinese accent, these are the names Migulya and Glukhoy (Deaf).
"After the death of Muguluy, his son Guylukhoy, a brave and strong man, was the first to gather the aimak and gave it the name Jeuzhan or Rouran".
The heyday of the Rouran Khaganate falls on the period of the reign of Khagan Tartara/Tatara in 414–429. After the death of Khagan Tartara, the Rouran began to be identified with the Tatar people (Tartar) in Chinese chronicles, so the terms Rouran (蠕蠕) and Tatars (檀檀) began to be written with the same hieroglyphs – 檀檀. Soon the words Tatars, Rouran, and Mongols became synonymous. By 500, the Rouran Khaganate occupied a vast territory – from the Aral Sea to the Pacific Ocean. It should be noted that the European Avar Khaganate was a friendly state for the Rouran.
In the 520s, the Rouran were weakened by a civil war, and in the 550s, the Rouran Khaganate was attacked by a powerful opponent – the hordes of the Turks. As a result of the victory of the Turks in 552, the Turkic Khaganate was formed, and the peoples of the Turks and Rouran were mixed in proportions of 50% to 50%. A significant number of Rouran were forced to migrate to the west. Some of them remained in Central Asia – in the kingdom of the Hephthalites. Others, led by Khagan Ardagast, reached Europe – they reached the Balkans.
The European history of the Rouran aka Slavs began in the 550s. Their appearance in the Balkans was recorded in the Byzantine chronicles of Theophanes [14] in 551. From this moment, the previously unknown people of the Slavs became the subject of Byzantine and European chronicles.
"In the same year, a great multitude of Huns and Slavs appeared in Thrace, and they ravaged Thrace, and killed many and took many captive".
The captive Slavs said that they loved to play the gusli, did not know metal armor, and came from the ocean, and their journey took a year and a half.
In Arab countries, the Slavs were called "Jins" [15], obviously, according to their self–name Jungs or Rouran. Another Arab author notes [16]:
"The known articles of income in Andalusia are slaves from [the number of] girls and boys enslaved in [the country of] the Franks and Galicia, Slavic servants and all who are on the earth from the Slavs-eunuchs. For those who arrive in Andalusia, they are castrated nearby, and the Jewish merchants do so with them".
Castrated slaves from the Slavs in the east were called "khadam". Since then, in the English language, the words Slavs and slaves have become similar in spelling.
The unenviable fate of the Rouran who came to Europe required their unification on the basis of clan principles and the creation of strong military formations. As a result, in Eastern Europe in 822–907, the Slavs founded their state of Great Moravia. The Slavs had two types of writing – Glagolitic and Cyrillic, created by St. Cyril and Methodius in the 9th century.
Soon, because of the invasion of the Ugrians of king Almosh/Almush, the European tribes of the Slavs were defeated and scattered throughout Europe. Including they got to the lands of the future Russian Empire.
In the 10th century, European Slavs settled in a vast territory from the Balkans to the Baltic Sea. A couple of tribes went with the Vikings to the north, becoming part of the people of the future Swedes (one of the three crowns of the kingdom) and Norwegians, someone reached the islands of Albion and dissolved among the Scots.
The Slavs/Rouran/Yenisei Kyrgyz or Tatars of Eastern Europe became Europeans 1470 years ago, assimilated, and adopted the Christian values of European civilization. At that time, there were no Slavs on the lands of European Russia. They began to penetrate Ancient Rus only as servants, slaves, and warriors in the 10th–11th centuries. With the growth of Zhmud, the Lithuanian principalities, and the Polish Lithuanian Commonwealth, the Western Slavs settled on the lands of modern Ukraine and Belarus.
In parallel with events in Europe, the descendants of the Rouran in their homeland managed to free themselves from the Turkic enslavers and create the Kyrgyz Khaganate in 693. Formally, the Khaganate gained independence in 840–924, but its fragments existed until 1207, becoming part of the Mongol Empire of Genghis Khan.
In the 13th century, the hordes of Genghis Khan, consisting of the tribes of the Turks and Slavs/Rouran/Kyrgyz, began to conquer the surrounding countries and peoples.
Ancient Rus faced the Tatar–Mongol invasion in 1237–1241 when the troops of Batu and Subedei captured the Russian possessions. The Yoke lasted from 1242 to the beginning of the 16th century. Modern historians do not like the term "Yoke", claiming that there were no significant consequences of the invasion. In fact, the descendants of the Yoke live among Russians, making up almost half of the population. They do not remember anything "like that", which is not surprising. Most of the troops of Genghis Khan were descendants of the Rouran/Yenisei Kyrgyz, that is, the ancestors of the Slavs, haplogroup R1a1.
It was shown above that in Chinese chronicles the terms Rouran/Kyrgyz/Mongols and Tatars became synonymous. Some of the occupiers adhered to Nestorianism – Eastern Christianity and spoke a language similar to Russian. At the same time, the invaders spread their genes through sexual violence against local women. As a result of 300 years of the yoke, Finno-Ugric and Bulgar women of Ancient Rus gave birth to children from the occupiers. Abortions were not performed at that time. The children of sin were expelled from Russian society into the Wild Steppe and were called "outcasts/izgoi".
The outcasts/izgoi established their settlements and cultivated the land in the ownerless steppe, which turned out to be a strip of fertile black soil. Therefore, the originally "Russian" regions from Donbass to the Volga, south of Tula and Ryazan, were filled with newly minted Slavs who adopted Orthodoxy and serfdom from the princes of Rus and Muscovy.
Part of the Mongol Empire, called Great Tartary in historiography, became China when the Yuan Empire (1271–1368) appeared there, created by the grandson of Genghis Khan named Kublai Khan [17].
The hordes of the Mongols penetrated Central Asia, creating the Timurid Empire (1370–1507), and reached the Indian subcontinent, where they formed the Mughal Empire (1526–1857) 38.
Thus, arguing from the contrary, there is no historical and documentary evidence of the migration of the Slavs from the center of Russia to the Far East, China, Mongolia, Central Asia, India, Arabia, the Baltic States, and Europe. On the contrary, it is known about the resettlement of Slavic/Mongolian tribes from Inner Mongolia to Central Asia, India, the Middle East, Russia, the Baltic States, and Europe in the 6th–7th and 13th centuries under the leadership of Khagans Ardagast and Genghis Khan, respectively.
Let's move from historical data to aspects of DNA genealogy, which has become an ideal tool for witnessing facts and asserting the truth.
The Slavic ethnic group, like most of the Rouran, Yenisei Kyrgyz, Mongols, and Tatars, belongs to the R1a1 haplogroup. These facts are discussed in detail in the author's book [6]. Let's present the results of the study. Half of the modern Soyons/Tuvans belong to the original haplogroup. In Russia, the Slavs make up about 47% of the population. More Slavs live in Poland (51%), but in the countries of Eastern Europe, the Slavs make up only 15% to 25%. At the same time, the descendants of the Rouran/Mongols in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan are 64%, in Afghanistan – 51%, in Pakistan – 48%, and in India – about a third of the population. Let's summarize. Currently, there are about 810 million descendants of the Rouran/Yenisei Kyrgyz/Mongols, haplogroup R1a1, in the world (data as of 2017). This is the second ethnic group in the world after the Han ethnic group, which has more than 1 billion people. A small part of the Slavs is settled in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus – 93 million people, but most of them live in Asia – 650 million people.
In religious terms, the descendants of the Yenisei Kyrgyz are distributed as follows: Christians and Orthodox – about 163 million people, Muslims – 443 million believers, and Hindus and Buddhists – about 203 million people.
The Slavs have become a significant part of the world community, occupying important positions in the life of Eastern civilizations. The role of the Slavs in the European world is not so significant, although they have made a significant contribution to world culture.
At the same time, it should be understood that the external appearance, the phenotype of men of the R1a1 haplogroup ethnic group, completely depends on the local indigenous women. Therefore, the eastern Kyrgyz of Asia are dark–haired, and the western Kyrgyz in Europe acquired the features of the European race – blondes and brown-haired with white skin and light eyes. Therefore, based on historical and genetic facts, one can soberly assess the well–known figure of speech in Russia – "Scratch a Russian, you will find a Tatar".
Let's analyze the policy of the authorities of Rus and Russia towards the descendants of the outcasts of the Kyrgyz, who began to multiply rapidly with the end of the war and the Time of Troubles of the 16th–17th centuries.
In 1497, the restriction of the movement of peasants began, and St. George's Day (Yuriev day) was introduced, which was temporarily canceled in 1581.
In 1597, Ivan the Terrible's son, Fyodor, enacted a law prohibiting peasants from moving from one landowner to another. After the Oprichnina, numerous nobles emerged from the ranks of the Oprichniki and the despoilers of the lands and estates of the Rurik dynasty. The new nobles also actively received allotments in the Wild Steppe, where outcasts from the time of the Yoke lived. Illiterate and wild peasants posed a threat to the Russian state, and the authorities decided to bind them to the existing landowners – the boyar class and the serving nobility, so that they could not freely move around the country and beyond its borders.
During the Romanov era, serfdom was strengthened by the adoption of various strict laws. In the 1620s, a census was conducted, which made the peasants "strong," that is, assigned to their places of residence. In 1649, the "Sobornoye Ulozhenie" was issued, which regulated serfdom. After the death of Peter the Great, peasants became the actual property and slaves of their landowners. It is important to note that most of the peasants and farmers from the indigenous Finno-Ugric tribes remained free people since the time of Rurik. This applies to the Russian North, Finland, the Baltic States, Poland, the Urals, the Volga region, and all of Siberia. In other regions, serfs make up about half of the population.
On February 19, 1861, Alexander II abolished serfdom. After the revolution, the situation of the peasants in Russia temporarily improved under the influence of slogans about transferring land to the peasants. However, soon the Bolsheviks decided to bind the peasants to the countryside, prohibiting the issuance of passports and limiting their financial opportunities. With industrialization and grand construction projects, the Bolsheviks orchestrated an unprecedented movement of ethnic groups and peoples. World War II intensified these trends. Millions of people went to the front or were evacuated from their places of residence.
Revolutionaries, under the guise of establishing a world dictatorship of the proletariat and working peasantry, engaged in mass purges and the destruction of the class enemy – wealthy peasants, artisans, artel members, bourgeoisie, nobility, landowners, commoners, officers, and priests. Most of the victims of revolutionary terror were Finno–Ugric people and descendants of the indigenous tribes of Rus and Russia. In reality, this social policy was ethnic genocide aimed at the indigenous population of Russia – the Russian people. On the other hand, the poorest and illiterate residents of the country, descendants of outcasts, ethnic Yenisei Kyrgyz/Slavs, received additional opportunities for rapid population growth and higher social status.
In Soviet times, compulsory secondary education brought representatives of the Kyrgyz/Slavic ethnic group out of the darkness of ignorance. After the collapse of the USSR, numerous pseudo-scientific authors appeared in Russia, filling the gaps in the history of the Slavs. These people stretched the tragic history of the outcasts over the true historical, cultural, and religious heritage of the Finno-Ugric and Bulgar peoples of Eurasia. The greatest contribution to the formation of the non-existent past of the Russian Kyrgyz was made by neo-pagans, Slavophiles, and nationalists among the newly minted DNA genealogists. They made considerable efforts to form Slavic nationalism, which has no connection with reality and historical past.
Mimicry and plagiarism became the main tools for imposing the ideas of Slavic brotherhood, which today fill thousands of books, tens of thousands of articles, and publications in Russia and abroad.
The greatest contribution to the creation of Slavic neo-paganism was made by Alexander Khinevich (author of the Veles Book), Nikolai Levashov (esotericism), Alexander Dugin (philosopher), and Anatoly Klyosov (DNA genealogy). They preach false myths of a historical and ethnogenetic nature, calling the descendants of the Yenisei Kyrgyz Slavo–Aryans and bearers of ancient knowledge, lost but now revived as Vedic culture. The essence of neo–pagan ideas is the special closeness of the Slavs and their superiority over other peoples. In their books, articles, and speeches, they use the names of the gods and spirits of the Finno-Ugric and Bulgar peoples, mixing fiction with ancient legends.
The Kremlin elite initially distanced themselves from the ideas of neo–pagans and Slavophiles but then began to actively use them in forming domestic and foreign policy, including interethnic relations. This phenomenon is not surprising, as most of the top of the modern elite, former and current employees of the KGB, FSB, and other security agencies, are ethnic Slavs/Yenisei Kyrgyz, haplogroup R1a1.
Due to the objective demographic problems that arose in Russia in the 2000s, the authorities began to actively attract labor migrants from Central Asian countries – Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. At first glance, the choice of regions to replenish the workforce seems random, but in fact, it has deep roots.
Let's take a close look at the map of the distribution of the R1a1 haplogroup of the Yenisei Kyrgyz (Fig. 1). In Russia, they make up 47%, while in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, they make up 64% of the population. De facto, the Kremlin organized the saturation of Russia with the descendants of the Yenisei Kyrgyz from Asia. The authorities understand that through assimilation, within one or two generations, the new citizens of Russia will be indistinguishable from the indigenous "Slavic" population.
Due to the continuation of the Special Military Operation (SMO), the demographic situation in Russia is worsening, and the authorities need an influx of new migrants who meet the ethnic requirements of the migration order. Currently, the attraction of migrants from India, Sri Lanka, and Afghanistan is being actively organized. The first thousands of people from these regions have already appeared in Moscow airports in customs zones, where they are interviewed for employment.
For the first time, the acting Minister of Labor and Social Relations of the interim government of Afghanistan, Abdul Manan Omari, announced that labor migrants from Afghanistan could come to work in Russia during a meeting with the Russian Minister of Labor, Anton Kotyakov, on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2024 [19]. In 2025, information appeared around migrants from India and Sri Lanka [20]:
"1 million migrants from India will come to Russia due to a shortage of highly qualified personnel," said Andrey Besedin, head of the Ural Chamber of Commerce and Industry, to the EAN agency.
On the mentioned map (Fig. 1), it is visible that in Afghanistan, 51% of the population are descendants of the Yenisei Kyrgyz, in Pakistan 48%, and in India about 33% of the population.
Let's consider the aspects of corruption in the Russian Federation and their interconnection with the economy, domestic policy, and ethnic composition. Data on the corruption index worldwide are published annually, and based on them, a map of the spread of corruption is created.
Since the creation of the Russian Federation, the authorities have repeatedly noted that corruption is an integral feature of capitalism and modern times. It is believed to be indestructible and has always existed in the Russian Empire. At the same time, corruption in the USSR remained at a minimal level. Corruption in modern Russia has become one of the components of success and the driving force of the economy, allowing private business and the state to settle relations. Here is a quote from the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Vladimir Kolokoltsev [21]:
"We cannot completely defeat corruption and crime; our classics always claim that corruption exists as long as the state itself exists, but nevertheless, we are coping."
A similar opinion has been repeatedly expressed by the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin.
Let's present for review a map of the degree of corruption in Eurasia (Fig. 2) from the article [22] and project it onto the map of the residence of the ethnic group of the descendants of the Yenisei Kyrgyz (Fig. 1, haplogroup R1a1 [18]). We find a complete correlation of the maximum presence of the R1a1 ethnic group with the areas of the highest level of corruption (we will leave aside corruption in Africa due to the futility of comparing Slavs and Africans). On the contrary, the minimal level of corruption in Finland and the Baltic countries shows the attitude of the Finno-Ugric ethnic group, haplogroup N1, to this social phenomenon. Based on these facts, it can be argued that the contribution of the Finno-Ugric population of Russia to corruption is minimal.

The demographic and corruption problems in Russia in the 2000s are compounded by the increasing aggressiveness of the Kremlin in defending the interests of power in relation to its closest neighbors, the European Union, and the United States. The most radical and aggressive ideas of neo-paganism were introduced into the dogmas of the "Russian world" and the special role of Russia in geopolitics. Narratives of the superiority of the Russian people and the need to impose their interests on the whole world were outlined by the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin in many interviews and public statements, starting with the Munich speech in 2008. In 2018, regarding the use of nuclear weapons, V.V. Putin said [23]:
"Why do we need such a world if there is no Russia in it?"
Such statements by the head of a major nuclear power alarmed the civilized world and provoked a wave of criticism of Russia and its leadership, exacerbating Russophobic sentiments in Western society. The editor-in-chief of the journal "Defense and Security" A.M. Evdokimov called Putin's phrase "the most important military–political statement" [24]:
"We dare to suggest the true reason for such rare unanimity: everyone is simply scared! ... And how can one not be afraid when the president of a nuclear superpower – and Russia has undoubtedly retained the second place in the world in terms of the combat potential of strategic missile–nuclear weapons! – predicts the end of the world for humanity. And he predicts it, not jokingly."
In 2022, the verbal rhetoric of the Russian leadership escalated into an armed conflict with the collective West in the zone of the Special Military Operation. Immediately, Russia in the economic sphere was reoriented by the authorities to interact with the East and China, as well as the BRICS and SCO countries. Russia almost completely ceased cooperation with many leading world corporations across the entire range of imported products, including the high–tech segment, cars, machines, and equipment. Roads and factories in Russia were filled with cars and equipment from China. Numerous and stable ties between Russia and the collective West in the fields of culture, cinema, tourism, and sports were severed. The mentality of the inhabitants of China and India, not to mention other friendly countries, will in no way be able to compensate for these gaps in public life.
To understand the essence of the ethnic and political transformation of the country, it is necessary to discard the visible side of the preservation of the European appearance of the political system, economy, culture, and civil society. Russia, as a multinational state, was built by the Rurikovichs, Romanovs and communists during the years of the USSR as a European state with a European culture, religion and way of life. Rus and Russia in the fight against the wild East were able to conquer and develop the expanses of Siberia and the Far East, overcoming the consequences of the Tatar-Mongol Yoke. Almost the entire population of the country lives in Europe. Look at the population density of Russia in Fig. 3 in a three-dimensional projection. Nevertheless, the country's leadership at the beginning of the 21st century decided to break the objective reality.

Currently, we are witnessing the total revenge of the descendants of outcasts from the Yenisei Kyrgyz for centuries of isolation and serfdom among the elite of the indigenous peoples and tribes of Rus and Russia. The oppressed ethnic group, using the achievements of freedom and democracy, managed to gain control of nuclear power and direct the natural resources and military potential formed by the peoples of the USSR in their favor.
The descendants of the Yenisei Kyrgyz did not have the experience of statehood for many centuries, so in the modern world, they reproduce the only known way of existence. We are talking about the restoration of the Kyrgyz Khaganate, which existed in the expanses of Eurasia in the form of the Rouran Khaganate (330–556), the Kyrgyz Khaganate (693–1207), and the Mongol Empire (1206–1294). The self–name of the Kyrgyz Khaganate was "The Eternal Divine State of the Kyrgyz" or "Divine State" (𐰶𐰃𐰺𐰶𐰃𐰕:𐰋𐰂𐰭𐰏𐰈:𐱅𐰂𐰭𐰼𐰄:𐰅𐰠, Qïrqïz Bäŋgü Täŋri El). The Khaganate was an absolute monarchy and occupied an area of 6 million square kilometers. The map of the Khaganate in the 10th century is shown in Fig. 4 [26].

The main enemy of the Kyrgyz Khaganate has always been China, which for many centuries–built walls against the aggressive neighbor (the Great Wall of China). Therefore, the temporary friendly and close relations between Russia and the People's Republic of China will a priori end in political blackmail and military confrontation.
Considering the above, the author states the existence of a historical crossroads for Russia. The first simple road leads the country under the sign "Russian Federation" to the newest Kyrgyz Khaganate, filled with barbarism and savagery, corruption and restriction of freedom, fueled by aggressive foreign policy and military confrontation with the whole world. The second difficult path will give the Russian people the opportunity to free themselves from the power of the Yenisei Kyrgyz and produce a European renaissance in all spheres of state and society life. The decision of the dilemma is up to the Russian people.
